Isotopes and Ion worksheet - This worksheet uses some different vocabulary.  They refer to 'isotope notation' where I would use the term Nuclear Symbol.  They also combine Nuclear Symbols with Ions which usually are not written together.  Give it a shot.

Naming Compounds/Molecules and Writing Formulas Worksheets: This link contains MANY worksheets.  I would definitely do the second to the last one listed.  On this worksheet skip #16.
